Good2 know... Your Giv2 Donation page

Updated: Feb 21, 2023

Knowing what makes up a Giv2 Donation Page helps you customise it for your campaigns. So here is a quick run down:

1. Your Organisation's Name

This is always visible to the donor.

2. Your Logo or Campaign Image

If you have loaded a campaign specific image this will show here, otherwise the donor will see your Organisation Logo. For best fit use images that are of a ratio 2:1 (wide:high)

3a. Campaign Name

This tells the donor which of your campaigns they are supporting. Each campaign must have a name... even if it just "Support our Mahi".

3b. Collection Point Name

This is unique to this Collection Point (i.e. the particular QR code the donor has scanned). This name can be visible to, or hidden from, donors. You can have multiple Collection Points under a campaign.

4. Description / Message

The message you want to accompany this Campaign. Without a campaign message the donor will see your organisation’s description/mission statement.

5. Donation Buttons

If you are subscribed to our Silver package and above, you can customise the values on the donation buttons and have between 1 and 5 buttons.

Good2 know: Making changes are easy. You can update your logo, campaign image, name and description as well as your QR code's name - simply email us with the changes you need.
