About the founders:

 

Jay  - 20 years of commercial and management experience. Management Consulting in business process improvement roles and most recently in IT transformation and implementation programmes (both BA, PM and Change roles). Have held sever BAU roles across almost every business function and have worked in many sectors. Previously been a co-founder of a Software startup that gained Angel Investment (Icehouse - Lightning Lab) Also, assisted his wife successfully operated their small but award-winning business for over 9 years.

Nishal - a software generalist with 20 plus years of experience developing software for various businesses from backend core engineering type applications to more user facing web and mobile applications. He has lately been working for a while in the banking sector, with past experience in sectors like telecommunications, retail, graphics and logistics. He operates his own business, with the objective to build lasting relationships with clients, enabling them to achieve their goals. The high demand from returning clients is a testament to the value add he brings. He has expanded operational capacity with an off-shore model that has maintained these high levels of trust and quality. Being a co-founder in The Primus, Nishal intends to succeed in product based business models for the longer run.

Melissa - Along with husband, Jay, Melissa has successfully run her own award winning business for over 10 years she brings a range of experience end expertise to teh team including business acumen, client management and marketing, operations management, etc. Melissa was named the Young Entrepreneur of the year at the Newmarket Business Awards in 2013. First-runner up in the Creativity and Innovation category in 2014 Awards and winner of the Best Small/Medium Business of the Year in the 2016 Newmarket Business Awards. Along side her business, Melissa has also been active on the charity scene. For over 3 years she was an active member of Soroptimist International. Each year they select a number of charities, then work to support them through fundraising efforts. As such Melissa has coordinate a range of fundraising events and has first-hand experience in this sector.
